Order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 2:00 GMT.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, except for Bank Holidays.
You can change or cancel your order anytime before 2:00 GMT. Simply email your request referencing your order number.

We hope everybody enjoys their purchases. But in case you wish to return your purchase, here is our returns policy.

We are happy to accept returns on unopened Georganics products within 14 days of the original shipment. Unfortunately, opened products are not accepted due to the nature of the products that we sell. We cannot provide a refund for a request that is received more than 14 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not offer a refund for returned products
that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

You can use our Freepost service to send back any returns. Simply write ‘Freepost Georganics’ on the package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer
exchanges on any of our products. We will only accept new products.

If you have ordered Georganics from a third party website, we are not able to process a refund.

Sonic Toothbrushes
As our sonic toothbrushes come with a one year warranty, we accept returns on this product as long as they are within the warranty period. We also do not offer a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

Beechwood Toothbrushes
We unfortunately cannot accept returns on our beechwood toothbrushes, unless the product is
faulty. We also do not offer a refund for returned toothbrushes that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

Incorrect products
We hope everything arrives to you in mint condition but if the return is a result of our error, such as a defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to replace the product for you. Please email with your order number, and let us know which product(s) in your order are incorrect. We will then send out the correct products for you.

Orders lost in transit
If your order has not arrived, please get in touch with our customer service team at We will then investigate what happened to your order, and resend it to you. Once your replacement has been resent, our customer service team will contact you with an updated tracking number.

Our Zero To Landfill scheme allows our UK customers to send back used Georganics Beechwood and Sonic Toothbrush heads via Royal Mail Freepost. Read more about our scheme. You are welcome to send them back to us from outside the UK however postage will be at your expense.

We protect your delivery by reusing shredded cardboard from the packaging our ingredients come in, ensuring less waste is created throughout the entire production process. our no plastic pledge continues through to our packaging: 

Our packaging is about much more than just looking good, it is designed to be plastic-free, biodegradable and recyclable. This way, nothing goes to landfill sites. 

When you open your Georganics order, you'll notice something a little different. All of our products are packaged in 100% kraft paper cartons that are fully bio-degradable, even the print is made from vegetable ink.

There is no bubble wrap or polystyrene to protect your order either, we shred cardboard packaging we receive from our suppliers and use this to protect instead. 

Our packaging is made not to last but our containers are quite the opposite. The glass and aluminium jars can be refilled with our refill packs, re-purposed by being used as tiny plant pots or food storage or recycled. Glass and aluminium can be recycled indefinitely without losing quality, meaning a recycled toothpaste jar could make its way back to Georganics at some point.

Our invoices are printed on paper recycled from de-inked low-grade household waste material: the most difficult to recycle, and often consigned to landfill. We ask that our customers please reuse, recycle, or compost any packaging we send your way.

We offer local customers the option to collect their purchases from us free of charge with prior arrangement, it all helps.
